ok for entry level

It was a gift for my wife which is more than enough for her. I thought this was a 2 in 1 but it is not and Best Buy's junk of a return/exchange policy will not have me shopping here again. I am switching to Amazon.

Nice laptop

I do wish it had more memory but you can put an SD card into it to help with that issue. Upgrade to Windows 10 was very easy I did need a flash drive because of the small memory. I have gotten 2 of these one for me and one for my G/F we are both happy with them.

Great Notebook for Seniors !

It doesn't have a CD/DVD Drive but you can get an external one and plug it into the notebook. It also doesn't have a DSL port or a telephone line port, but you can get adapters. I downloaded Windows 10 and am happy with it. It is easy to adjust the text size in Internet Explorer for easy reading by older eyes. The magnifer can be added to the start menu for easy access when needed.

Use for working from home

The laptop is very fast to boot up, and programs are very fast to open. I have had trouble with the mouse messing up, but I made some changes to the hibernation settings and it seems to be doing some better now. all in all, I am pleased with my purchase
