Great computer for average use

Touch screen is nice, a little complicated to work. A little upset there is no cd drive, no review or specs said that. Overall a decent computer for doing basic work, I got a great deal so I can't complain.

Great computer for students

I purchased these because my kids (one in high school and one in middle school) only needed access to the internet for research and a small amount of space for MS-Word documents for reports. Yes - it only has a small amount of RAM and disk space, but it is perfect if you just need to use if for internet research and documents. You can add in an additional USB for additional disk space if needed. These are working out just perfect for their needs.

Difficult to set up and bad customer service

However it never connected with our wifi router. When I called HP customer service, they were not any help and eventually blamed our service provider. I returned the computer and bought from another manufacturer.

Great low cost laptop for general home use.

For email, web surfing and Skype it works very well. I also like that fact that there is no hard drive that can fail. Solid state is a great way to go. This isn't a laptop you would use for really memory heavy applications, but more than sufficient for the basics.
