This computer is great! I love it had it for about 4 months already. Only con is no disk option. But ehh that's okay for price. Great for me!

After only a month there is no space to do the windows 10 upgrade.

I mainly purchased this laptop because I am a college student again after many years. I need it for my online college studies. I love it. It is exactly what I need. I am still learning things about the computer and so far I haven't had any problems. Also it is blue, which is my favorite color.

Only real issue we have had is the touch pad will sometime be unresponsive, There have been others that have complained about this same issue.

I love the computer and everything about it except that its so sensitive but mainly it has no disk drive to play dvd or cds overall its a winner

Had to return, when I purchased I was told that I could upgrade to Windows 10 for free but when I got the computer home it wouldn't download it no matter what I did so I took it back and asked the geek squad and they told me that the computer would never be able to upgrade because I'd didn't have enough memory, which I was NOT told when I purchased!! Returned right there on the spot!!

Although there was a sign by this computer on display about the free download of Windows 10, the computer has insufficient memory to do so without deleting some of the loaded apps. This is misleading to customers looking for an up-to-date computer.

Bought this for my wife for Facebook/Netflix usage. She loves it. Works perfect and fast for it. Bought a separate micro sd card for memory.

Love my laptop except where you input the USB cables are hard to put in. I'll have to take it to get fixed but other then that it's great!

Works well as described. Flash storage complements with the RAM to work faster. Does not lag even when a lot of applications are opened.

using it for work. does what it needs to do. light yet durable

I was reluctant to purchase this product but I'm glad I did. My kids love it.

Gets slower every time you use it. I do like the touch screen.

My main goal was finding a lighter laptop than the one I currently own - which was a top of the line Dell from a few years ago. For the price, it's a good deal and I definitely met my main goal; however, b/c of the placement of the speakers the sound quality is not great, and touch screen response is great but the touch pad is very unstable.

This is a great little computer. Not to big and not to small.

Not a very useful product if you are planning to do more than web browsing and occasional viewing of videos. The laptop is powered by an Atom processor which is the low end of processing chips. It has limited 32GB of e-flash ROM that gets eaten up rather quick. Useful ROM is really 26GB when first delivered. After much updates to the installed software - available memory dropped to 6 GB. You get much more memory in a typical smart phone. The RAM is also limited and you can not add more RAM or ROM to this machine. It is meant to be a chromebook competitor but having to be tied to Microsoft for its Office 365 product is extremely annoying especially after the first year you would need to pay the annual fee to continue to use it and the laptop doesn't have enough memory for a fully licensed off-line version of the Office suite. Don't bother with the limited utility laptop unless cost is your primary concern; then again, look for much cheaper chromebooks instead.
