Great back up computer

This computer was a good choice. It was inexpensive. The battery life is long. I love the touchscreen feature. It has just the right amount of memory and speed to accomplish my tasks. This is an excellent second computer for me.

I glanced at the products in the laptop section. I decided why not purchase the stream for school. Best decision ever. It is perfect for streaming. The greatest part is that it comes with MS office.

Was told I could download windows 10 which it doesn't have room for. It keeps losing it's connection and is very frustrating to operate. Very disappointed.

My daughter loves it

Initally thought I could upgrade Windows, but not enough memory to do so, which is not a great thing. Otherwise we are pleased with the laptop, and always find the helpat Best Buy to be great.
