After exchanging the first one because the sound kept glitching out every few seconds when watching something on Netflix, the second one works just fine.

lap top is below average but gets the job done okay. you can definitely tell the quality of the laptop is cheaply made in terms of touch screen and buttons but I needed something basic just to surf the internet at my vacation property

bought my wife the lap top for her birthday and she is on it constantly never new i would be second fiddle to a lap top! she just love it!

Perfect for my daughter! Doesn't have too much memory on it but all of the school work done nowadays are saved on the cloud. I love it.

I purchased this laptop for my 16 year old. I thought it was cute and durable.boy was I wrong. The touch screen stopped working after 37 days. I took it back to best buy, they advised that there is nothing they can do. they wished me luck and told me to call HP directly. Calling HP was a complete nightmare, I was passed between 5 departments over 2 days and hold times of more than an hour. they advised that they will send me a box that I will have to pay for and they will take a look at it. I still haven't received the box or any satisfaction. I am disgusted and will never shop at best buy or purchase an HP item again. they are a joke!

I bought this for my daughter for school and it is really easy to use! Does everything I could ask and more! Great buy for the money!!

This is a great little laptop if you just need to get online do some research and say very few files must have an external hard drive

I think it's good for someone who doesn't multitask as much on laptops a slower processor then I would have liked. But overall it can get the job done, I think it would be a great laptop for someone who is not so tech savy.

Everything was okay until a few weeks ago when the esc, tab, 1, Q, A, and Z keys started to become intermittent and now they do not work at all. And I did not drop, spill on, or otherwise do anything to cause this. Which makes me glad it is a touch screen. Other than that I am happy with it.
