    I loved the look of this computer the touch screen was a bonus, but did not like Windows 8.1. I asked before I bought it if it could be upgraded to Windows 10 they said it could. That is true but after you do there is no room to run programs. I would have to upgrade the computer, Per HP can not be upgraded. So I returned with no issues for a 15 Inch Acer Chromebook which I love this is my third Chromebook.

    Bought laptop with the windows 10 free upgrade. Can't download because there isn't enough memory. Sales person told before I bought the laptop that I should have problem downloading the update. But when I try to I get need 5 gigs more to download. Or use a flash drive. But shouldn't have too because the sales person told me that I should have problems. I'll never buy a computer or laptop from best buy again.
