Touchpad Response Issues Since Day 1

I was hoping for something that was easy to use, but when the touchpad is hardly ever responsive and only responses to the arrow moving crazily everywhere or doesn't move at all, that leaves you with the touchscreen, which I don't care to use. Computer runs great otherwise, but without a proper responsive touchpad, that renders this useless. Wish I could return this..
