wasn't sure what to get, a laptop or tablet, wish I would have gotten the tablet instead. This laptop is heavy and the battery life is VERY poor! Unless I got a lemon, I would not go with a hp laptop again.

Great for people who want to do basic computer activities

I was excited about purchasing the stream book but quickly that excitement changed to frustration. The mouse pad is basically non functional, hardly ever works so your left using touch screen half the time. Other than that the laptop is lightweight and useful for college students.. I would just save and purchase a higher quality product.

I bought this laptop for my 5 years old kid and it is simply great! Excellent size and weight, good processor, able to run mostly app for a kid. Also he use it daily for school homework.

Very slow response time from Yahoo, Face book, twitter and Hotmail. It actual is annoying me to no end. Would not recommend this for social networking. Excel and Word apps work fine.

Great price but this laptop doesn’t have enough ram or hard drive space for Windows updates. Would not recommend.

I liked the looks of the computer and thought it would be ok seeing I was only using it for home. When I got it home and turned it on it was very slow so I returned it.

A terrible piece of junk. The more I tried to put programs on the computer, the less it works. Not worth the money.

If you`re looking to do anything in a reasonable amount of time this isn`t the laptop for you . It is slow and half the time the mouse wont work .

It's a great product for minimal use. For the first 12 months it worked great, fast. But after that it started to slow down, especially if I was to multitask on it. It often freezes. Only when I don't use it everyday, will it work properly. But overall I was satisfied with the purchase.

It is very slow!! The scroll bar is terrible. It does not scroll smoothly and jumps around. It will jump back to the log in page sometimes.

The computer is very slow. The track pad is virtually useless. We returned the first one because the track pad worked half of the time. They gave me a new computer, still same issue. The track pad will work half of the time. A geek squad rep said its common with this computer and that it won't get any better. He said to use an external mouse. Kind of defeats the purpose of the track pad. The touch screen is not the best either.

I mainly bought this laptop for surfing the internet. It is very slow loading websites and email. I would not recommend this to a friend.

Computer has low storage space! It is more like a netbook rather than laptop. We were fooled.

The computer is cute and it come with great apps and all but it is wayyy to slow.

I love the 13 inch touch screen, it is perfect for everything I need it for.
