One of the images for this laptop is showing that the screen can be bent and keyboard used as a stand like a tablet. That is not the case. Otherwise great basic laptop with a touch screen

I was originally going to buy a different cheaper laptop, but it stood out. I saw this one on sale and am glad I purchased it. It is a good sized touchscreen laptop. The only flaw is the mouse pad. It is often difficult to use because it has a lagging feel, so I just use the touchscreen instead.

When I got my computer it had only 21GB only :(...

I love this computer. It is compact and sleek, and also does the job well. I think its a great deal for the price!

Is a great lab top for my kids in in grades k and 2nd for learning sites

This was my first laptop and I can honestly say it's amazing ! Great laptop, nice color , touch screens a plus! Cameras not that great but that's what cameras and phones are for.

This has been a good first computer for my 9 year old daughter.

the computer is good overall. I purchased it yesterday and when I tried to watch Netflix , the sound was glitch. I am going to return it today and purchase a different one.

This laptop is the best one that I have had in a long time.

Please don't waste your money on this computer. It is very slow. All I do is check email and surf the web. It takes at least 30-45 seconds for a webpage to come up. I called my internet company to see is something was wrong with that and they had a tech come out to check and nothing was wrong! Save your $$! Do your research and don't listen to best buy employee. Employee lied to me and said this was a fast and perfect computer....well she was wrong. Very irritated with Best Buy! (It took me 20 mins to write this because computer could keep up with typing)

We wanted a simple laptop for Skype and it works decently for that matter :)

I bought this machine as it says it is able to update to Windows 10. I immediately tried to update to Windows 10 when I bought it and you can not do it as it does not have enough memory. It is basically a $225 paper weight.

I brought this laptop in March and have noting but problems since. The computer is slow and barely functioning. The storage was done after 2 weeks because of all of the pre-loaded apps. The internet crashes frequently. And the touch screen works when it wants to.

My mom bought this for me and it's really slow,It's brand new! Why is it so slow? She also bought this Anti-Virus CD,she asked if they can do it for us because we are not experts with technology.They just told us what to do (put the cd and wait) Who does that!!) When we went home,there wasn't a CD slot in the laptop. Last time,when we got another laptop they helped us with everything they didn't just tell us what to do they did it for us,We tried everything! We kept downloading that Kaspersky thing but it ended up stopping at 5 seconds,and when we gave up and turned the laptop on and off,it took 20 minutes for it to turn on and to say "your laptop didn't shut down properly".We never had this problem..I don't recommend this to ANYONE.

From the first time I turned the computer on I had issues loading programs and websites, many (Program not responding) messages. Screen freezes when surfing the internet, and scrolling is a pain. As you click the down arrow or use the down key the scroll function is delayed, resulting in scrolling to far or not enough. This computer was purchased strictly for surfing the internet, and it has me at my wits end. The touchpad mouse is also frustrating, very sensitive and constantly zooming in and out and opening programs during normal use. The moral of the story is (If the price appears to good to be true, it definitely is!). I cant wait till I have the time to return it.

Item was purchased for 10 year old grandson. His homework is required to be completed on a computer. He is very happy with it.

Within 24 hours it was having "web page recovery", "webpage not responding" problems. It is sooo slow. I down loaded pictures from my camera and have no idea where they went. Not happy.

Great laptop for someone who wants to use for school!
