This was a gift for my MIL. She loves it. It’s easy to use, easy to set up, and lightweight. The price was great too.

This laptop is perfect for my little computer use since I finished school. Easy to use and everything runs smoothly. Great for communication apps as well.

It’s really slow and it constantly freezes when I’m playing a game or searching things up on YouTube . If you have the money spend it on something that’ll last you with fixable issues unlike this one . Yes I still use the laptop to watch movies and it doesn’t freeze when I watch movies but for some reason it sometimes loads like if my WiFi isn’t strong which it is but other than that play games on it I do it on my phone.

I needed 3 laptops for my kids to do their online classes due to Corvid19. This HP had a great price as well as a nice screen size. My kids love it.

Before my roommate explained the computer to me I was really lost. I did everything that the computer told me to do. I really needed an instruction book. There are probably instructions online and I wasn't able to find them. Other than all the problems, the computer itself works great. Good quality, arrived ahead of the scheduled time and other than my lack of computer geekness I'm pretty content with my new laptop!! Thank you!!

Light easy to use for kids school, homework and other projects

Purchased this laptop for my 10 year old daughter over the summer to use for digital learning durning covid. This laptop never had the proper amount of RAM to conduct more than 1 basic task without slowing down. Out the box when trying to use zoom and MS Word it started lagging. Not the best of investments, unfortunately for me by the time my daughter got around using it for school it was outside of the return period. Would not recommend for anyone that wants more than a netbook.

This computer is everything I was looking for in a laptop. It definitely assist me with my schoolwork completion as well as doing various activities that are needed for my daughter and my new reality as virtual students.

Love the computer the color and all but it’s very delayed and it’s not my internet because that’s not the only laptop In The house.

You get what you pay for so the price was nice and it does the job i bought this for my child so he can do school work and so far it works great.

Was not sure how this laptop would be even though I know HP products but I must admit this laptop has surpassed my expectations. The quickness and the power of this laptop is just totally amazing. I am so used to the laptop that I had before it crashed and burned then when I purchased this open box and I am totally in ah. I am not even used to a laptop not having a disk drive but it wasnt a problem because I purchased an external disk drive and all is good!!! Thank you so much for having this wonderful item and I even was able to extend the storage with SD card.

It’s a great laptop, if you don’t want to spend a lot of money and are looking for a product which is great value for your money this is it. I’m very happy with it .

I’m a college student and needed a new laptop and decided to buy this one. I read the reviews prior to buying it and assumed that people were exaggerating when they said it was slow. I am a very patient person, and I only utilize the laptop for homework using the Google Chrome browser and Microsoft word, but this laptop is very slow in loading pages. Slower than you’d expect for a laptop you just purchased not even a month ago. I’m considering returning it. Wouldn’t recommend, spend a little more and get a better laptop!

With all of the online learning I purchased this for my son who is in 5th grade. He is able to do his school work and also research class projects.

I bought this specifically to use with my Cricut crafting machine. No issues at 1st but tbe more I use it, the slower it becomes

This laptop is extremely slow. I knew it wouldn’t be anything special for such a low price, but it barely functions. All I really use it for is to pay bills, it’s not like I’m streaming content, or running multiple programs or anything. (Stream is in the name, but I doubt it would actually stream anything.) I’m very disappointed. I purchased it to replace my 6 year old Dell that wasn’t functioning well after upgrading to Windows 10 by accident. I expected it would at least work better than my old laptop, oh was I wrong!

This was a good computer for small things unfortunately I had to return it because I needed to be able to stream and use for much more things. It was easy to return and I bought a new computer that served more of my needs.

I'm don't like to publicize not so great reviews, let's just say the laptop I purchased was not the best thing to buy. It had a few flaws., so I had to return it. I will have to get me another one. That does not mean I won't recommend other people to go buy electronics there at best buy. Now who doesn't have a one bad apple once in a while? Best Buy is still one of the best electronic stores in San Antonio and I will surely return back to your store once again and again and again! Blessings!
