    A great laptop. This is my first time ever having a laptop and this one is a great one to have started with. I love the ease of downloading apps, connecting my phone, printer all to the laptop. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

    This laptop is pretty slow. If needed for internet use, highly recommend looking into something else. Pretty color but save time and invest in a faster laptop!

    My 9 year old needed a laptop for school this year and we blindly purchased this one. We've been very happy with it thus far! A few learning curves to the Windows series, but other than that, it's great.

    No issues with it so far using 3 weeks. Hooked up to a 2nd monitor, mouse and keyboard. FYI, because is smaller size (14”), does not have a 10 key number pad.

    Loved the size and weight of the laptop. However with the low amt of storage and running Windows the system was very slow.

    I think is a very slow laptop. My son stated it may be the internet, but I also own a Toshiba that is way faster than my new HP I would not buy HP again
