Great laptop for students

So far he has been very happy with this product. If you are looking for something to download a lot of games and such, it would probably not be the best choice, but for a school computer, it is great. Since we have only had it a little over a month, I cannot speak for its longevity, but my grandson is really happy with it.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought this computer as a replacement for a Lenevo to my sister.At first the smaller size was questionable but she has since adapted and loves it to death.This is an excellent computer,bright,vivid screen ,sound is great for listening to videos,the power button requires more force to start than her old computer.Thumb power has solved that minor issue.I took a chance and was not disappointed neither is my sister.

Not what I expected

Unable to use zoom even though I changed the settings to S mode based on other reviews. It is very glitchy and unable to understand what the teacher is saying through zoom. Unable to pair Bluetooth with AirPods. Overall my daughter basically used a chrome book or her iPhone to be in class because the laptop does not work properly for the features she needs. If you want to use it for Microsoft office it works great though.
