This is a great computer for my grandson to play his games and he loves it other than it is not touch screen compatible. That was my fault not the computer or best buy.

I really like the style and weight as well as the color. It has the bang for the buck even though it was very in expensive. Great purchase!

This laptop is what I was looking for and it’s perfect

The laptop looks good and operates well. It isn’t the fastest thing out there in startup but it gets going fine for my purposes: YouTube, document processing, and watching DVDs (with an external optical drive).

I loved this computer when I had it. I sold it due to the fact I didn’t have a use for it and needed money. I wish I still had it lol. It was amazing.

I bought this laptop to do basic schoolwork. From the second I started it up it ran insanely slow. I Waited about 5 minutes for a browser to open up and at that point, I was frustrated as the processor is not strong at all. I checked the CPU and it was running at 100% solely from having google open and the task manager open to check the CPU levels. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone, and I was completely misled by the positive reviews. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $100 on a better laptop because this thing is as bad as it gets.

I purchased this computer for my child for school and its lagging a lot with the application needed for his class. Not happy with this device and it's frustrating to my child as well.

I purchased this computer for my grandson for school, even though school has not started yet, he’s been able to watch movies and download the zoom for school. This is a great computer for kids for school.

While this laptop has many of the features (windows 10 & all the right ports) that I need, it simply runs too slowly. I probably should have paid a hundred bucks more for a better model.

I bought it and it can do Netflix yeah and other little things but it lags ALOT. It doesn't perform as how I expected and because of that I wouldn't recommend, but if you need it for school well, OK.

Is a nice computer to use for my wife’s schooling.

Awesome laptop for college student. Easy to work with and the perfect size. Lots of storage space and all around nice laptop. Almost 10 months later and still acts as if brand new. Stays charged for long time.

I was not a big fan of this laptop it was a backup while mine got repaired but beware when you take it out of the s mode it becomes very slow I gave it to my daughter as she does just basic stuff on it. Was so happy to get my other HP back.

Love the laptop battery life is not great but it works for small things like typing documents and such.

I just love my laptop. Able to share it around the house with my GRANDBABIES. Able to do so much work searches and also able to just organize my life better with it. Much needed in my household.

This was given as a loaner . Not good at all , very very slow , not sure who can use this except for just using use office first time any thing from Best Buy is rated so low by me .

A really good replacement for my old all-in-one that bit the dust. It takes up a lot less space. The newer operating system took me a little time to learn, but I like it.

Bought this laptop for work due to our job going to a work from home requirement due to COVID reasons & I must say it gets the job done. Transportable, easy to use & features are great!

I brought this computer as a replacement for my school one from Strayer and it works just as good, I downloaded Chrome verses using Internet Explore because it runs very slow on that web browser

This lap top is a lowend product it would freeze on me hard to navigate Screen resolution was not that great not happy with it thats why its so cheap because it is a cheap machine
