Surprised the laptop was cheap. It’s HP with the latest windows, comes with a year of 365, and 6 months of internet security with anti virus. The laptop is great. Works good. Gonna order a second one.

We purchased this computer for my son to use for school with Digital Learning since school was not in-person. Also he is able to take it to school and use it there. It is perfect for this.

We have had no issues with this laptop yet! Has worked perfectly for the kids to complete online assignments with school. Had to be removed from “safe” mode in order to download apps needed.

Three years ago, I was able to buy a lenovo laptop with better specs: Intel i3 Processor and 2TB hard drive, and better performance for under $300. Based on this purchase, it seems that laptop costs are rising while performance and specs are declining - slow AMD processor with less than 1TB of secondary memory. This laptop has problems surfing the internet and even playing youtube videos when no other processes are running. I recommend paying a little bit more for a better computer and avoiding this one.

I bought this as last minute resort to work from home unexpectedly. I thought I shouldn't expect much from it but it has exceeded my expectations. I have no had any issues to date.

Bought this laptop for my wife so that could use it for personal use. Meets her needs, having MS Office and a camera for Zoom calls. Overall she is pleased with the laptop. Would recommend.

This Laptop has been very user friendly. My son (5th Grader) has been able to use the laptop for his in home schooling with no issues and it does everything we need it to do for him.

This laptop was what you may consider a "Lemon" as it was always updating after it was done up dating I lost the connection to my printer. I couldn't download some apps, then for me to go open google or youtube, i would have to go to bing, micro soft, and then finally open these two apps. Which would drain the battery, After less then a month I gave up on it. if I would have known this I wouldn't have bought it.

Had web root installed by the Geek Squad and Old notebook transferred to new. Geeks are great. Instant start and processing. Great buy.

Bought this for my great-granddaughter starting 2nd grade from home online. I also purchased the Geek Squad protection because they are great and can help her mother get things going.

Lightweight. 14" size is perfect for what daughter uses it for, which is virtual learning, zoom meetings with teachers, and gaming on roblox. We use a cordless mouse with it. Decent camera.

My friend needed a computer and she call in love with the navy color. This laptop already have office program Installed for the first year of purchase. And comes with a very low cost over all.

Purchased item for my son , the sound is good the camera is very clear and also connects very well with the internet. The size is pretty good he will have this laptop for a while

This is my second purchase of this laptop. Purchased one for my granddaughter and this one for my nephew. Ease of use and perfect for homework.

It's not a super high powered laptop for gaming but it is great - I still have two operating systems installed, Linux mint and win10 and it can keep up with all my requests of it.

This laptop is perfect for my granddaughter as she, like so many other kids, was forced into online learning. It has been working perfectly for her online studies and her zoom meets.

It’s fine for surfing the web, but nothing more. It’s cheap, and slow. Not very great, but okay for a kid or college student. Just don’t download anything too big.

We bought this laptop to replace an older model that was outdated. We use this one as our mainly computer now and it works fine for all email and surfing we do.

My mom enjoys her new laptop. Speed is fast. Everything that came with it. Office comes with laptop which is a great thing because she needed that for work due to working at home!
