    This laptop is horrible. I bought it to use because I was working from home. I just needed basis internet capabilities for email and zoom. It’s so slow that I can’t stream for zoom and it takes forever to open website pages. My internet is fine as I use other devices without any problems.

    I came in to the store to have someone show me why I couldn't get my email to work. The application has never worked on this. Same answer with trying to get a game. Seems that the loaded programs don't work. If everyone knows this why sell this product.
