It is super slow, it freezes . It takes forever to do 1 simple task. I can't even sync my I phone in this crap. Total trash!

I brought it for my 2nd grader’s home schooling due to covid19, and it could not keep up with the demand. Just spend the money and purchase a decent laptop.

Less than 2 months after buying it, it stopped working completely. Buy a better, more reliable model from somewhere else, as Best Buy was not helpful in navigating this disappointing situation.

Struggled when using multiple programs

Slow, useless
