Computer is way too slow to try and stream, extremely disappointed, took it back after one day.

This laptop did not want to shut down the first time I used it. I couldn't get my printer to work on it. And then everything went wrong with it. I am very very disappointed buying an HP laptop. I'm going to bring it back and I hope I don't have a problem it's having to exchange it. Obviously, this laptop is a lemon.

I purchased this for my son for school. It was slow and froze on him repeatedly. He lost connection to his school Zoom calls all the time. I had to return it and order a different one that works much better. While waiting on the new laptop he borrowed an old chrome book from school. Even that worked better. Do not purchase this laptop. It is a waste of money and was completely unusable.

Computer is very slow. It also gets really hot and I’ve only had it for about 3 weeks.

I wouldn’t purchase this again if it was the last laptop ever made. I bought this for my son to do remote learning and it would not stay connected to the WIFI. And before you think it was the WIFI it was as I was working from home and never lost connection on my work laptop. I returned it 3 days after purchase and the worker said it was the most returned laptop he has ever come across

This computer is a bad inversion. Bought it for distant learning for my daughter the system is very unstable. Keep dropping calls or video freezes. Take forever to load. I do not recommend this computer a chrome computer Works better and least expensive. Probably the worst computer HP has build. This computer is so inefficient that even my Toshiba Laptop from 2005 works better.

This pc is a dog. Very slow performance. Would like to return for something better.

The computer ran extremely slow. My laptop that I had for 7 years ran faster.

We had to immediately return the laptop. The hard drive had to be defected because on the first attempt to turn it on the message that flashed on the screen said it had been a problem when turning it off. After so many attempts on restarting the last attempt resorted to lines across the screen. I did feel it was a good price and hated I had to return it for a more expensive one.

Its cute and all, I got it for my mom for mothers day she loves pink, but its sooooo slow. dial up speed.

I bought it, opened it, set it up used it for a couple of hours. Factory reset it, boxed it back up, returned it.

Very slow very buggy you're throwing your money away

I received my refurbished HP with admin acct and no password to unlock it. I'm new to HP/Windows 10 so I don't know how to get past this screen. Due to COVID emergency (no one's fault), there was no one avail online for chat or phone to help me set it up. It's not a great experience to not have access to my purchase until next day if I'm lucky. Will never buy refurb again, just to save $20.

I had this for a while and it has been slow since I got it.

The color is black matte and the description is other color was black brilliant , but the systems is very good

it was slow and had problems when using zoom. probably better to get tablet

I was excited for this computer. I am a teacher and just needed it for web browsing and video calls with students. Initially, I was just browsing online and it was fairly slow, but not terrible. Once I started doing a video call while trying to share my screen, nothing was processing. Everything had a lag and was basically a waste of time. Very disappointing!
