Screen was too blue no matter of the settings. I couldn't change that. And it ran super slow. Very disappointed

Very slow. Bought for online learning. Pages load very slow and download slow. Wish I could return.

I have always had Hp computers. Never had trouble with them. This computer has given me nothing but trouble. I couldn’t get signed in so I called the Geek Squad. They helped me get in to the laptop, but I couldn’t do anything after that. I will be taking this back to the store as soon as the quarantine is over and the store opens back up.

This computer moves ridiculously slowly. I had to return it.

The first day I received this computer it started freezing up. I only wanted to be able to access my school email and write papers. It couldn’t even handle opening the email. I didn’t expect much since it is very cheap, but it was even worse then I expected.

Screen was pale and hard to see, it was a bit slow.

Slowest computer known to man. Don't buy this item.

You have to speak directly into the microphone not even moving your head slightly or you will not be heard. There's often a buzzing noise as well that others hear. I have an old HP and have never had any of these problems. I paid a fraction of the cost

Well it won’t let me switch out of “S mode” so basically can’t download any other programs like google chrome, I can’t go on any programs and it’s basically useless so now I have to wait until the quarantine is over to get this fixed. Also, when I bought it they said it was in EXCELLENT condition and that was obviously a lie.

I bought this computer for my kids for this new virtual learning and it is awful. During zoom meetings and google meets he constantly is getting kicked out. He was trying to take a test and it was freezing. I know it was the computer because I let him use my Mac and no issues. Will never purchase anything HP again!

This HP, has an issue with being connect to the power supply and being turned. Will not allow you to do both. This HP has to be completely charged in order to turn on this device. Compared to the older model I had, it has a lot to desired. Inexpensive purchase, compared to other small laptops; this should have been the tale, tale sign.
