Great device! I love the color! Easy set-up! Easy downloading apps!

Purchased this laptop for my birthday on May 5th to video chat with my kids teachers and possibly occasionally watch Tik Tok videos. The camera is not great and lags often. It was also kinds difficult to get out of the S mode and switch to Google Chrome. I'm currently looking for another computer with a faster operating system.

So just to be direct, you can't install any software not included in M$ $tore. It won't let you. Says to get a license very misleading. No where on the box does it say you can't install your own browsers, office software, anti-virus, pop-up blocker, and etc. You can create get a license but you need to have a Hotmail account and I'd rather not. Remember Ubuntu and Linux are easy to install now so you have a option around windows.

Had this laptop a few weeks and so far so good. Fast startup, works well for school and home purposes. Can’t beat the price.

This is a great laptop for the price! A little slow, but great for web surfing. NOT for someone needing speed and large hard drive.

I bought this for my 7yr old and it’s perfect. Able to do her school work on it with no problems. Just enough battery life

Only bought for college purposes. Does what it needs to. Not the fastest but pretty quick

Entry level unit, we needed to get a laptop so that he could get some of his school work done and this HP does a good job

It’s taking the place what I use to have. Having problems setting up what I have on my old computer. Always have problems with having my wireless printer to print from this new computer. Slow moving during transactions. Not as slow as the one I had before. This is why I bought this one. Not too keen on this computer. Makes me want to throw it to the floor and just say forget it. Nerve racking.

I have really enjoyed my laptop this past year. Tt is light weight and still runs the same as it did a year ago.

This computer is the right fit for its use. Basically used for word processing and traveling to different meetings to take notes. It is light weight and compact. A name brand we trust. Glad we found it.

I bought two of these. One for me and one for mom. At first I was kind of disappointed in the speed. But, I've changed internet providers and that fixed itself. I have a 1TB external hard drive and my mom uses a 64gb flash drive. We don't use them for anything hard core like work or charts or anything, so we're happy with them.

Had it for year like it simple and cheap want to upgrade and give this to my mom when I do
