Very low price. Easy set up, easy to use, no problems.

Bought this simple laptop for my son and I to use. He needed it to video chat with his teacher/class and for some homework. He's only in 1st grade. And I needed it basically for web surfing... It's ridiculously slow. Like, will barely load the page slow. While video chatting it lagged almost the whole time. We could barely keep up with the conversation because we would miss most of what they were saying. Thinking about returning it and getting something better.

It worked fine for my classes (I use Webex) but, when I dropped my iPhone on the screen it literally went out. The screen wasn’t physically cracked but there was a white patch on the inside of the display that blocked my view, which quickly spread to the rest of the screen turning black. I took it to get a consultation at Best Buy but the guy working there told me it would cost more than I paid to purchase it to get the problem solved. Overall, not really worth it unless you’re going to be doing the bare minimum.

Nice personal computer for surfing the internet. The processor is a little slow but overall is good for what I use it for.

The computer is slow, as other reviews have said, however, it is fine for simple tasks. This was fort elementary aged child with the new distance learning changes. It works well enough.

This new laptop is smaller than my older model. It is still quite functional and very sensitive to touch. HP always makes quality merchandise. I miss my accounting key board on the side though.

The camera is horrible. The microphone cannot be located, so the laptop cannot be used for Teams or Zoom.

Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size, lightweight. Great looking. I'm travel nurse who is in grad school, powerful enough for online schoolwork, light enough to carry everywhere.

I needed a new laptop ASAP after my old one crashed. Great laptop for the cost. Not the fastest computer ever but runs smoothly. Great for work processing, internet use, plays Civilization VI smoothly.

My daughter bought this for herself for her birthday snd she loves it! It's a great computer for her gaming and she loves the size!

Average Laptop, good for all your basic computer needs, but it doesn’t has touchscreen and it’s a little slow.

Works fines, runs pretty slow, but could also be internet. WiFi’ only no way to direct wire to a Ethernet cable so that was a bummer

I bought these for my children for school at home. Unfortunately there was significant audio feedback during Zoom meetings when used with headphones. Switching headphones did not help. I eventually bought a different laptop and had zero issues - using the same headphones. Also, the children use Google classroom. It was pain to use a Windows machine for this application. The aforementioned replacement laptop is a Google Chrome laptop and setup in 30 seconds. It save many headaches and is what I should have used initially.

The man who helped me, explained it would be slower, but I find it slower than I expected. He was helpful and courteous. Service good, product not so much.

A good laptop for being on the go and good for a backup unit as well. Good battery life. Processor can handle itself. It can handle apps and programs being open and haven’t crashed

It is very good start up PC for our kids age 9 & 10 ... cost is reasonable enough and and easy to used .. my kids loved it
