Not able to use for basic functions

She does basic things like internet browsing for school and playing minecraft. The laptop was too slow, we would wait several minutes for a web page to load. We ended up returning it and getting a different HP laptop.

Sometimes it is a little slower & I wish we had bought one a little better, but it works and we havent really had any issues with it. Would be great for someone that doesnt need to use a computer a whole lot.

Not what I would expect

The quality is very poor. Unfortunately this reminds me why I have stopped buying HP. Now I did take the price into account and it still does not hold up to expectations.

It was a disaster. It lagged, the headset jack did not work and the connectivity was subpar. I initially thought it was our internet connection but soon discovered it was not, the laptop was the issue. I connected my MacBook Pro and had no issues.

It is very lightweight! I have no complaints about this laptop. I like that it is a HP, good product good value.
