It is very slow and not compatible with lots of software. Needed something quick for my kids school. Not worth what we paid for it for sure.

This laptop is perfect, light easy to function with the program. I really am enjoying this item. I am glad Best Buy helps college students and gives us good deals.

This is an average computer. My granddaughter uses it and it’s fine enough for her. She’s 6. I wouldn’t recommend it g G or anything other than ABC mouse, web browsing, and some apps.

I needEd a laptop for work i had the chrome book but it wasn’t compatible but this one was. It does exactly what I needed to do and I’ve had no issues with it

Not really happy with the laptop and the battery runs down so quickly. Will be returning this item.

When you click on Chrome, it will take a very long time before it opens. You will just see this circle keeps swirling forever. Has to return this.

This laptop was purchased with the intention of learning and using CAD/CAM software. This has been a very big help as my other laptop is 8 years old.

My HP laptop is great! You can do all types of things on it. HP laptop is durable and easy to use. Great for homework assignments and writing papers. Great buy!

The HP Stream was not a good laptop. The only down fault is the speed. But, that is what to be expect on a cheaper model laptop.

New laptop is functional and allows me to get on the internet. Love the Rose gold color. No problems with viruses or anything like that.

It’s easy to use and runs steam and origins well. The processor is a little slow though.

Easy to set up and get started. The software walks you right through the set up. I love the touch screen since I am used to doing everything on my phone.
