The laptop is sort of hard to use. The keys are weird! I think I am typing in one space but the cursor is somewhere else. It’s held up fine but I can’t say I’d buy again.

Bought for a Birthday gift! It has been used often.

Ok, I knew for this price that I wasn’t getting the fastest laptop. Cosmetically this is an impressive computer, but performance is not up to par with its competitors. It has a very slow performance which left me frustrated most of the time.

This computer moves very slow I do not have anything on it. It takes several minutes just for me to open up to read my email, or to open a new tab, to go to start and turn it off.

I thought this would be a great laptop for my daughter to do distance learning, but it is too slow for them to be able to run video and do their work. Don't waste your time. No, I'm trying to figure our how to get rid of it!??

slowest computer on the planet. NOT good for use with virtual learning. Video consistently glitches during Zoom calls. I added an USB to Ethernet adapter which did not help.

My on line order was lost. Had to go to the store. Then was sold a HP lap top with S mode. Can't get out of S mode. Trapped. Had to set up an appt with Geek. Not till August.

The laptop is ok for basic use. I purchased this computer for distance learning. It does not support Meet so I cannot use it for my purposes. If anyone is looking for a laptop that works well with live meets, this is not it.

Im surprise about all the good reviews, you get what you pay for. I guess for browsing its ok bit if you are trying to do Microsoft Teams or any other type of streaming just stay away. You need a 8 GB or higher.

I purchased a laptop bundle with DVD rw and didn't install without taking s mode off now the laptop runs slow. Don't offer a bundle deal without both being compatible.

I bought this laptop and had to return it less than a week later. Windows 10 is great, but this thing is built with Windows 10 in SAFE MODE. You can't do anything in safe mode, not even the bare essentials for school. You can't even use a browser other than Edge or have Google as a default browser. You can switch to standard Windows 10, but once you do, this laptop crawls. It was not even good enough for my 4 year old. If you want a laptop for a child, go with Chrome OS. I exchanged these for a Chromebook and could not be happier with the safety of my children through setting up Google Family.

Slowest computer ever and beyond glitchy, even one of the Best Buy workers said he didn’t understand why they sell these slow troubled filled computers.

The computer moves extremely slow and downloads are slow. My daughter can barely use the computer to do her school work.

This laptop is trash, dont waste your money. Its incapable of doing even the simplest of tasks like loading a website. I bought it for my child to do virtual learning this year, and you can definitely forget trying to do any kind of video calls with it. I had to break out my 13 year old Compaq laptop for him to work on because even that dinosaur runs better than this thing.

I don't like is to slow. Also when my kids tried to type the words are showing a takes time to be able to see what you type. I would not buy again.

Since we will be doing virtual learning for a while I bought this laptop for my daughter. I just needed something simple for my daughter to use for her third grade school work. Well we stopped using it after day 2. I had to download WebEx for school and the video would not work. Everything else takes forever and it is due to the slow internet speed. It has by far the slowest internet speed in the whole house even right next to the router. I don’t know much about computers but I assume this computer doesn’t have enough memory. I do not recommend.

When I try to play video on youtube,YouTube, or hulu the whole laptop freezes. No matter how many times I reset it. It just doesn't function properly at all. This is a big disappointment.

Slowest computer i have ever owned in my 36 year life. Bought it for college classes and it take FOREVER To load ANYTHING.

This thing has no memory. Whatever you do do not take it out of s mode. If you just need something for streaming it’s great but anything more & you’ll be disappointed
