Touch pad freezes and tye connection is bad

Even my son tried to also and failed. Should return it but tried to contact BestBuy but neer received an answer back. Its now just sitting on my shelf useless to me and costly too. My husbands mistake buying this but thought BestBuy only has good stuff so he choice them for this. purchase. Brought on line so just needed to know where or how to return it?

Doesn’t work at all

I don’t understand the good reviews because the computer could absolutely not handle zoom (which is the main reason I got it due to COVID19) and the camera quality was atrocious. Honestly it was so so bad. I’m not one to complain or return things, but I couldn’t even try to make it work. Don’t waste your money.
