This computer is super touchy. I have had it for less than a year and the screen started skipping around, zooming in and out, opening and closing windows. It is a real piece of junk if you ask me. You cannot put any pressure on the bottom part of the computer or either side of the touchpad.

After a 2-week delay, the laptop was finally delivered. Plenty of excuses

This computer is horrible, it’s so slow. You can’t use so many applications and apps because of how slow it is. You can’t play games, when your watching a video it buffers for so long and it’s overall a really slow laptop. Save your money for a better laptop don’t buy this piece of junk.

Within 2 weeks if purchase I received a notification from one of the HP tools the battery is defective and will meed to be returned to them for service. It is a huge inconvenience because I need it for school. I was very disappointed with this laptop

Runs very slow not worth the price but hey you pay for what you get.

Laptop is absolute garbage. So slow. I have a 4 year old mobile device that performs much better. This thing also crashes ALOT, and all it's used for is internet browsing and streaming. Streaming locks up the cash after about 30 minutes. Do not buy this...

I purchased a laptop. The Laptop got damaged and when we tried to return it or have it repaired nothing was offered and zero support and Zero assistance was given. So I am at a total loss and ended up with a brand new broken laptop. Today is 10/4/19 I made my purchase on 9/6/19......HORRIBLE!!!!!

This computer feels very cheap and the plastic cuts into your skin. I bought it new but upon using it for the first time it was super laggy. I feel like this computer is a toy. I bought this "for the bare minimum" stuff to do and it cant even do that much for me.

Had to take in to Geek squad to prepare for downloading

I bought this computer because it came with a year subscription to Microsoft office. The code was not in the box and after multiple phone calls and email back and forth I gave up for now. I intend to bring it to the store as soon they open back up.

I absolutely hate this laptop. I've had nothing but problems with it from the time I go it, Customer service through BB is horrible. HP CS isn't any help. I'm done with both.

Sound stopped working out the speakers less than a month after purchasing, but over the 15 day return policy so now I’m stuck with a computer that doesn’t work and don’t have $ to pay Geek Squad to fix it.
