I was treated horrible on the phone and in store! When I was trying to explain about never getting my product! I don't plan on shopping at best buy anymore and I don't think my family will either!

Bought this for my daughter for her online class Was used only 2 to 3 hours a day. Less then 2 weeks of use it started getting error codes ..called online help they suggest us to return it to store ...

I called the store and a young lady said for me to bring it by and drop it off at the curb and they would fix it for me even though it’s been a little more than a month thank you that’s very good

I bought this laptop to write a resume it was like pulling teeth I returned it I then spent 499 on an hp it works great in every aspect. If you buy the lowest price laptop beware

Beautiful, lightweight laptop. I could not get thru registration. I could not scroll & select. Tried 15 to 20 times. Gave up, boxed it & took it back. 3rd laptop I have returned to Best Buy.

purchased this for grandson because school is online. Within a week, it would crash and it make this buzzing noise after prolonged use. Extremely disappointed.

I logged in once to set up my computer now o can’t even get onto my computer at all. I keep clicking update and restart and it brings me back to the same page

Can't even watch youtube or any streaming service on this piece of flaming garbage I called it Caiou because it would throw tantrums and need updating 2x a day.

I haven’t even had it for a full year and as soon as the warranty went away it cracked without even me touching it that’s so fishy, don’t buy

The pc stopped working as soon as I downloaded printer driver on it. After a day or two, it started to work on its own. Weird.

This computer was very slow. Speed is inadequate for even basic use. I was very frustrated using this as I had to wait for it to load or go to the next page.

For all the years of buying HP I decided to get a newer HP version, but this is by far the worst laptop ever, wanting to toss it so many times.

Pile of crap computer. Broken within days of being taken out of the box. And Best Buy wants me to pay $80 for it to be fixed. Would not recommend.

Opened the box my daughter was excited to revive but the lab top keyboard is not working I need assistance to return sorry but is not working

Had to return TWO new laptops back to back. If your going to invest hundreds of dollars get a proper working good brand computer. This laptop is out... smh

This was an open box , when I received it. It was not uploading or downloading, freezing . Not sure what happened here but would not buy again

I don't like it ,never like window 10 just wanted a laptop that use Google, it's a pain in the butt if someone wants to buy one let me know

Laptop came without windows activated. Numerous calls to geek squad tech support and Microsoft with no resolution. It is being returned.

Performance is definitely the worst experience. Unfortunately I passed the return limit for a couple of days I cannot return it.

And it was a piece of crap and when I tried to return it it was non returnable but I never used it but once very dissatisfied
