I have been searching for something for Zoom meetings. I was disappointed to see I couldn’t download Zoom because of stupid”S” mode. I took off S mode and now the computer is running way faster!! If anyone is saying is slow take off S mode please ASAP. S mode is slow. Now I can use Zoom as I please which was the purpose my buying it. Also it’s really cute. Comes with a whole year of Microsoft Office. The camera is terrible though. I mean really bad. Like horribly ugly.

This computer goes beyond my needs. That's how great it is. It's thin and lite weight to carry around and travel. I use it mostly for my school work and so far able to store many assignments.

My mother is 72 years old and the laptop has been great for her she is able to very easily move around it and it hasn’t been any problems everyone was a big help in getting this purchased for her

It’s not the fastest computer you’ll ever use and it’s a little choppy on some streaming services, but overall works really well. The screen is big enough but the laptop itself is compact.

Looking at the screen is an eye sore and it’s extremely SLOW.The mouse pad was also stuck I had to use a separate wired mouse to make it work when I first took it out of the box.But the color is pretty.It no ideal for serious use such as school,college,business.Also when I tried to watch a YouTube video it always FREEZES .But try it at your own RISK.Your Better off getting and hp laptop NOT from the hp stream line or a MacBook (Good for school and some leisure) or Chromebook(everyday use ,NOT FOR SERIOUS USE).

This pc is light and very portable .. it has a long battery life for eg. I full charged my laptop and been using it for 5 days straight without charging ... I like the features and everything

Got this for my wife to work from home. It works well with remote connection and does its job well. Pleasantly surprised with how solid this works considering the value price point

Glad I purchased this item..... If I can get 2 years out of it I will be ecstatic..... Perfect for one user..... Was going to spend 5 times what I actually did and BOY am I glad I didn't

I bought this laptop for my daughters to do their online school. It processes a bit slower than I imagined but it is working okay for the purpose for which I bought it

I needed a PC laptop without the bells and whistles. I bought this open box and it fits the bill. It did not come with the 1 year of Microsoft 360 that's advertised (perhaps because it was open box?), but I don't plan on using that software so I was okay with that.

I am very confused. I have purchased a new lap top Dell insprintel core i3, now I received a states that it is not being available. It is now lowed the price. I am returning the hp Stream 14 laptop. Now the service will not chat. Have never been so unhappy with your company.

I am pleased with this laptop, however is there a mouse available? Sometimes it is slow to roll the screen up, down, or sideways. It freezes and won't let me continue. Please advise.

I thought this wouldn’t work very well because it is priced so low. I was surprised. This machine does great. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an inexpensive computer.

If you’re doing just very basic browsing and homework assignments then this laptop will get the job done. Other than that, it struggles a lot with multitasking and heavy application load.

This is a great laptop for the money. I know there are higher end machines out there, and this won't suit everyone's needs. However, if you're in the market for a machine to help with school, work, word processing, presentations, etc, this is the machine for you.

My wife isn't big on computers so this light weight laptop works perfect for her just wanting check emails web surf. It comes with office 365 free for a year so that's an added bonus. Definitely would recommend this to someone who just needs a light weight laptop for simple task.

I'd get another one if I could find it, With the quarantine stuff going on I am not sure what all is out there anymore, but it's great for just looking stuff up online. Not much storage.

This laptop is good for the price! It's great if you're only checking email, using Word and looking at websites. I didn't like it much and almost returned it until I took it out of S mode. It runs a lot faster now!

Just got it. Needed something for my workload. Like the slender build and weight of the item. The price was within my budget! I always go with HP for easy use of operating system.
