Not a good laptop if you want to use a video chatting service and stream videos at the same time or do any sort of multitasking for that matter. Bought this laptop after giving my daughter my old HP red flyer. This laptop being a newer model I expected better performance but it is sssllllloooooowwwwww and can’t handle multitasking. I double checked to make sure it wasn’t my Internet that was causing the issue and it wasn’t. This laptop is trash and I hate I can’t return it now.

I've had this laptop for almost a month now and I really like it, but sometimes its starts responding really slowly. It's good for anyone who's trying to go work or something like that but not for people who want it to play games for long periods of time.

I bought this for my daughter to be able to do her school work on now that things are virtual due to COVID-19. She loves it! It's easy to use and just the right size for her.

We got this laptop for my mom and she does very basic things like watch some videos here and there and facebook/ video chat on messenger. She’s not on it as much as I’m on my laptop and she says it does get pretty hot. So far that’s her only complaint.

Nice and light love the color. Easy to transport. Connects easy to other devices. Runs windows 10 . Only thing I wish differently is that it had a disk drive. H h h h h h h h h h h h h h h

I purchased this for my children to do school assignments online and it does the job. My sister bought the same one for hers for Christmas and still working just fine. I have also been using it to work from home via virtual desktop and it has been great. It is not for anything other than web based applications or working from a usb or external hard drive. It’s basically a shell to have internet access. I knew that when I bought it, so I’m pleased with how it works. Don’t expect to download anything and have it still function properly. It won’t. Four starts because the resolution is subpar.

Despite me repeatedly telling my mom not to use her crappy Dell laptop as a coaster (about the only thing it was good for, actually), she finally spilled water on it and killed it. Before my parents could buy another piece of junk, I did my research and bought this one for her instead. It's so much faster, more reliable and cooperative than her old Dells, so she has an easier time using it--which means fewer mornings waking up to find her outside my door with yet ANOTHER issue to fix.

Okay computer if you literally just need something to browse the internet. There’s like no storage so you can’t really use it for a homework option unless you save everything on a cloud.

Kept freezing and couldn’t handle loading google classroom. Returned this and got a few steps up from this one and it works flawless. For normal browsing and use it would have been perfect.

I love this computer! It’s easy to use, lightweight and great if you need to travel. This is my second HP computer and I’m very impressed as to what I can do with it.

Bought for my daughter to use during digital learning . Easy to use & navigate through . I’ve added apps like Netflix etc & computer is still running smooth .

I purchased 2 of these for my children to do at home learning they work pretty good. My children are 7 and 8 but there getting the hang of it now. Heck so am I.
