Very happy with this computer, it was a little smaller than I thought, it does not have the 10 digit keypad for numbers, which was a little to get used to. It does show finger prints when you touch the outside, but that is no big deal. It was a great price, works wonderful and I am not a techy, so I was happy it was so easy to set up. I would absolutely recommend, and will buy again. Shipping was quick, also, and during Covid, that is rare!!

Decent laptop for the price. Need to get a backup storage hard drive but overall not a bad product.

I purchased this laptop for my 4th grade son during the Covid crisis as he had to attend school virtually. Unfortunately, I had to return the laptop because the video chats and video clips continued to freeze. It was not an issue with my internet speed. The laptop over was just not comparable to his Google Class needs. After adding all the additional apps needed to somewhat work, the laptop just could not catch up. I replaced it with a Chromebook and have not had an issue. Perhaps this would be a good laptop for someone just looking to pay bills or surf the net, but def not for school or work. I hope this helps!

I got this so my 1st grade daughter could do her virtual classroom and homework assignments. It wasn't too expensive, and it's perfect for what she needs it to do.

Lightweight and efficient laptop. Really easy set-up. Good for browsing and light office work.

Needed a new Windows laptop and my 17" HP was starting to fall apart due to heat and wear and tear. I got my HP in 2004, so It had a lot of functions that are now externals, like hard drive storage and cd/dvd drive. This fit my needs going forward into newer technologies, so I am happy with this product and purchase and would recommend for buyers who don't need much in the way of extras.

For the price paid, I guess I can say it's okay! Not the very best, but it gets the job done. It's a bit slow.

I bought this computer a few weeks ago and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was concerned about some of the reviews that I saw but there were others that were positive, so with that, the price, and needing a new computer immediately I decided to buy it. It works well and I am able to do all of my work on it. It came with Microsoft 365 for a year and that works great. Overall great laptop for the price.

Will get you through school and browsing the internet. Storage is not alot but for the price the computer is sound.

Did not want to spend a fortune for an at home extra computer. Works great, lots of tutorials to help you get to know what it can do . Have no complaints.

Best laptop I have ever purchased, I absolutely love my laptop and I do a lot of work from home on it u til 2 weeks ago when it crashed!!!! The screen went blank and I can't seem to get it to cut back on and I really hope you guys stand by your warranties because I paid extra for it all.... I really need my laptop up and running ASAP!!!!

Small and easy to take along or move from room to room. Was easy to set up and get started using. Cute blue look and so far a great bang for our buck!

Good simple laptop. Nothing over the top but definitely worth it for the price. Only thing for me is it took over 3 weeks to get to me once shipped.

This pc boots up very quickly and handles elementary school work with ease. Connect to zoom, have a browser open and operates smoothly. Not really made for high pc usage but good enough for school work while under this new school teaching style. Great price for it also. It was an open-box but everything was there. Not the easiest thing to buy when every school is doing at home learning.
