This is a great computer. The size is just right and lite. Moves fast and works well with other software you may need especially for those that work from home. Real Estate agents, contractors, inspectors. I like it! Works out well with my profession

it's a good laptop but sometimes does its own thing

If you buy this laptop and get a on screen prompt to finish downloading the rest of Windows 10, hit no if not it will download a ton of stuff that will slow this laptop down to a crawl. For a basic laptop it will do I guess but it was not what I need. I needed something for home, work and school. I returned it and spent a little more money and got a Dell. By the way the camera is horrible. You come off looking like your video was shot with a old flip phone when cameras was first put on phones.

This laptop was purchased for my 11 year old granddaughter and she loves it. Other reviews noted that it was slow when downloading or connecting but we haven't noticed any problems and it is perfect for her !!

At first I was a little skeptical because all the previous laptops I have bought ran really slow, but this one runs nice and has great charging time. Great for students like me.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter and she loves it! She uses it for homework as well as watching Netflix and playing games. She said it works great and she loves it!

This computer has to constantly be rebooted and works when it gets ready. Dont waste your money!

The operating system takes up all the space on this laptop. You cannot do anything on it. Even with deleting everything I had, the operating system took up so much space that I could not do a factory reset. Word of advice: don’t waste your money on this piece of junk.

I had bought this laptop for my mother who has never owned one. I figured it was slim and small enough for her to "learn" on and then we can upgrade her in a year. When I reviewed this HP, however, no one informed anyone that it updates every week without erasing the previous update in order to have room for other things. So all if its memory it used up on updates and then it starts to take forever to finish the update and you can't store any of your personal things on it. I would not recommend this product to even a grade schooler. I love HP products but this one is a bust.

This product was priced exceptionally. I also purchased the warranty and my college student loves it.

This product is not reliable I began using it a week ago and now it will not let me get into my computer when I turn it on I get an error message telling me to set up the bios and it won’t let me do anything else.
