It's a fast little laptop. The buttons are fabulous but you run out of storage fast.

I bought this laptop mainly to access the internet, watch Netflix at times out in my backyard and taking it to class for typing notes. It is decent for my purpose. My only complaint is that I wish the keys were back lit even for it's affordable price point and that the screen didn't have so much glare.

Easy to use. I wasn't in need of a fancy computer so this one does the job for me

This computer has been a perfect fit for my teenage daughter as she starts her first semester in college. It's light enough for her to carry to and from school, and small enough for her to put in her school bag.

We needed a new home computer and I decided a laptop was the better choice for mobility. I chose this HP for the price and the basic wares were good for us. It arrived quickly, set up fast like pretty much all HP PC's do. It was ready to go. My kids like to game on it, very little lag for the type of games they play. They also watch videos and netflix. Battery life is great, they get several hours out of it. Nice sized display, slim and lightweight. I would buy it again.

I purchased this product for my son's 15th birthday. I purchased the laptop in March because it was on sale. He opened it April 23, 2017. He pulled it out the box it was shipped in, took plastic off of it, opened the laptop, and half the screen had lines running through it. I called bestbuy.com the next day, and explained to them what happened. I was told that because it had been purchased 32 days before, I could not return it. I was told to contact HP directly. HP then proceeded to tell me if it couldn't be fixed by trouble shooting with an associate, I could send it back. I would not receive a new laptop, I would receive a refurbished one. I was furious. My son had a laptop, which still had the plastic protective cover on it, that had only been powered on. Luckily, I contacted my local store whom I've done thousands of dollars of business, and they took the laptop back and ordered my son a new one. Thank you BestBuy Opelika, Al for doing the right thing.

This was such a great computer for the price I paid. Was a deal of the day. Got windows office programs free for 1 year. Came in an aqua blue color covering. W/a 3 year warranty I paid $320. Sending my daughter off to college w/this computer & her Mac Book.

Mother in law loved it. It's fast and easy to handle.

hands down one of the worst laptops we've ever bought. I bought for my kids who are in high school for simple school things and to use for netflix or youtube in their spare time. Theyre both super slow, and one of them stopped working after just 1 month. Don't buy it. We took it to best buy and they sent it to geeksquad, we payed $35 to ship it.. and geeksquad told us it had $600 worth of damage.. ridiculous. We only had it for a month and my daughter didn't even use it everyday. Ha! What a joke.

This computer has has all the features of a full sized computer, yet it is light weight and small. Assisories can be added which increase it's capabilities, such as it's memory. It also has the usual USB ports and HTML ports.
