Definitely a great beginner's laptop for children 7 to 15.

I bought this for her for school it turns out she knows how to work it little more better than she even thought so less than 1 year subscription that came with it was great not to mention her grades have gone up thanks Best Buy your says sociates were great

This laptop runs pretty bad, the material feels really cheap, the audio of the speakers is not thet great, If you can and have the money I would recommend you to get a different laptop.

It's in S mode meaning you will have to download chrome and it has pre installed games that will make it go slow. So if it's what you can afford then I guess. But it's not the best.

This is a good beginner laptop and it does not have a fan so if you buy I recommend getting a laptop fan to plug into it and it will prevent it from getting hot.

Got this as a Birthday gift for my daughter. She loves it and is able to use it for everything she needed(ie. Streaming music,Netflix and word docs) thinking about going back to buy another one for myself aqa

Bought the three grandkids each a HP for Christmas! They love them— immediately got on the laptop and loved that each got their own. Was expecting to get one they all would have to share!

Took a while to set up but it's a good laptop for school if you need to write papers or just use it for entertainment such as YouTube although not all videos watched can be seen on 720p

The computer is very slow not very responsive . chrome book is much faster

Use it for office work. Just needed it for word, excel, and pdf functions mostly. It does the job but I wouldn’t expect this computer to do much more than that considering it’s slow speed.

I love my laptop. I use it everyday and it is just perfect. Videos are so clear on it’s amazing.

I needed a laptop just to get assignments done so I bought this one today for a reasonable price. While doing the set up process I noticed it running slow but I continued through & figured it was because I was setting everything up. Once the set up process finished it still ran slow. There were apps that I tried to download but the computer never downloaded them. This is definitely not a good laptop. I will be returning it.
