Slow, Wifi drops out constantly, no fan so it runs extremely hot. Had it for 2 days, I lost WiFi connection more than I was able to use it. Had to have HP remotely access the laptop TWICE, to try and fix it and even they couldn’t figure out what was causing multiple WiFi networks to just randomly disconnect. Finally their advice was to completely wipe the computer out and try again. Sorry, when it finishes deleting everything, it’s going back to the store!

Do not work well!

I bought 3 of these per the recommendation of the Best Buy salesman and they all 3 glitch, the sound goes in/out and they freeze up. My kids cannot watch anything on them they can do the bare minimum. Very disappointed.
