    I purchased this as a gift for my sister who is in a nursing home. I ordered the product to be delivered as I have bad legs. It angers me now that I have to go get the laptop and take it into best buy to replace it or have it fixed either way... This is not good for me and i am very angry. They would not let my nephew take it in. Since he was the one setting it up when the screen went black and he has had computer education I had hoped they would talk him through fixing it or allow him to bring it in. But no, I have to I don't know if the the delivery person dropped it or if its just a bad device but I am frustrated right now! Dont think I will do this again

    Mouse left and right click stopped working

    I received the product and less than 24 hours of having it the left and right click on the touch pad stopped working. As a new product I shouldn’t even have this issue. Not only that, I purchased the geek squad 2 year protection for the product. So customer service said the product was defective so I will be sent another one. Sucks for me, the protection plan can’t be added to the replacement laptop unless I drive to the nearest store, an hour away, within 15 days. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering online if I have to drive an hour just to have a protection plan added to a product. So either way I am at a disadvantage. It’s highly unlikely that I will be purchasing from Best Buy again or purchasing the useless protection plan. It doesn’t help when needed for defective products. I even get to add the necessities I downloaded to the defective laptop to the replacement one. So even more time wasted.
