Easy to connect to WiFi once HP app was downloaded onto phone. Was easily found by other devices. Easy to install ink although the printer cartridge installation graphics could have been more detailed or had some text to confirm how to tip , slide and snap the cartridges into place. I signed up for printer refill service so it will auto-reorder when printer sends ink level/status back to HP/Best Buy.

At this price, you shouldn't have to settle for that. Didn't know that when I bought this online, and quite honestly, didn't know printer manufacturers still made them this way. I do like the ink usage plan. That is very convenient. Print quality is good enough.
