Not worth the aggravation!

It’s a pain having to constantly try to get it back online. Took me hours! Support is nonexistent on the HP website. Every time I try to use it, I have to reinstall. If it weren’t for this quarantine, I would have returned it promptly! Printing, when it works, is acceptable, in b/w and color. I like that it has a cover that gives it the appearance of a book when not in use. Just wish that support and diagnostics were better.

At a time when this product was sparse to find Best Buy came through with a win on availability. It then went beyond that.
