It couldn’t be any further from the truth.After the first set up had continuous problems connecting other devices i.e. phones laptops new name and nothing was easy to connect. Reinstalled the drivers went through all the normal poops that you would with any other printer that goes for about 50 bucks instead of the 200 bucks we pay for this one don’t buy this printer.The only reason why I didn’tGive it zero stars is because you have to give it at least one star. Overpriced under performing waste of money

I'm very sorry to hear that the printer has been so difficult to set up wirelessly. It's always our aim to provide a reliable experience in every aspect, so I regret that we fell short here. To that end, I'd really like to see how I can help rectify the concerns you noted.
With regards to issues setting up the printer wirelessly, I have a few recommendations for you:
1. Ensure the Pen door is closed
2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (at the back of the printer) for 5 seconds
3. Confirm that the printer is in AWC mode (indicated by rotating blue light)
4. Power cycle the printer and network router or gateway and try to connect again
5. Enter WPS Push Button mode by pressing and holding the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least 3 seconds

It was rarely used after the first month so a few months later it would not print black at all!! I tried every troubleshooting instruction I found and watched many videos and tutorials in order to get it to work I even invested in spending more money on new ink. Only to realize that nothing was working. So now I have an out of warranty (from Best Buy) printer and lots of expensive ink and nothing to show for it……

Initial setup was timely and not easily done. There is no tray to hold paper and I'd there is a tray to hold what's being printed i haven't found it yet. The print photo feature was just ok. But it looks pretty, if that's what you want.
