    I purchased this laptop and had to return it within 60 days due to rolling lines appearing across the screen. The device was never dropped, and all updates were installed as recommended. When I contacted customer care, I was advised to return it to the store. At Best Buy, the clerk mentioned that several customers had brought back the same model for the exact issue.     It was decent. There were a few things I thought it had which it didn’t so I ended up returning it. Most of it was my fault though. I should have read the specs more. For example I wanted a touch screen and I wanted the keyboard to light up because I do a lot of night work. However one thing that was my fault was the speaker volume. It was very low for some reason. But overall it was a decent laptop
