It fulfills the purpose of the purchase. But sometimes I experience a bit of lag when playing online, even though I'm using a network cable.

this is the worse computer I have ever had. I have had techs work on in the 4 months and still it works slow and sometimes won't work at all until I do several start ups. Began with dropping me from the internet a lot. A tech was able to get not to drop in the middle with updates, but still takes a while to recognize my home and office internet. Today took 4 start ups to get it running. The control hand pad sometimes doesn't work right.

Could have had it for $50 less as BB reduced the price just a day after the return window.

Games I had purchased years ago were inaccessible/unplayable on any of the other systems I own. No longer!

I purchased this laptop and had to return it within 60 days due to rolling lines appearing across the screen. The device was never dropped, and all updates were installed as recommended. When I contacted customer care, I was advised to return it to the store. At Best Buy, the clerk mentioned that several customers had brought back the same model for the exact issue. Proceed with caution.

This Laptop is a true companion. It's easy to use and navigate. It's ideally suited for what I wanted it for.

It works find for YouTube and Netflix, but lags really bad for any games. Probably going to return.
