This made my grandchildren and their parents proud. After researching the differences in a gaming laptop I realized this could help the family and the kids. Everyone was in agreement. It waa packaged well and delivered without a scratch. The size is perfect.

I bought this laptop to run my electric guitar through to interface with various recording software. Unfortunately, the cable to USB interface wouldn't work at all. I tried various configurations, removed/reinstalled the OMEN software, and could never get any sound but extreme fuzz/feedback. It's a pretty nice and solid laptop and probably works great for games, but I'd steer clear if you're doing anything with music and/or sound interfaces. I had high hopes for this budget gaming laptop, but had to return it.

For the price this does everything I expected and then some. I did get a couple BSOD’s, but with updates those seemed to have subsided.

Got this on a great sale and for what is is cant beat it on sale. Ive had it for about 3 weeks now and its performing great.

HP Victus has performed very well as a business computer. Selected the computer based on the durability of a gaming system to take abuse and performance specs to handle gaming. Battery life last a day with constant use but again not gaming, mostly Internet and MS office use.
