Absolutely stunning visuals and Absolutely no imput lag. Streaming is fast and steam games and xbox games look amazing!

Most of it is good and he likes playing games on it. However, He said it lags a bit when playing some games to the point he was thinking about returning it. Also, we were suppose to have 6 months of free anti software, however no code was given on the receipt nor in the emails. I even asked the sales reps they said they did not know. Tried everything they said and nothing. Not good look on Best Buy.

It does OK with the bigger titles. Does enough to run them. Mouse pad doesn’t work well when placed on lap since it’s a plastic chassis. Not too shabby for the price. Definitely needs more storage.

It’s too late to return it now who’s is crazy. You can’t let it go to sleep or it’ll keep rebooting. “Blue screen of death” is what it’s called.
