The laptop works fine. Main game at the moment is Arc Raiders. Compared to my friends, I get connected probably 10-20 seconds after them. Pretty crucial seconds in my opinion. I am also back here because it seems like I am having hardware issues where the USB is getting connected and disconnected every second. Thank goodness warranty is still valid within the year and now working with an HP rep to get this fixed. Still has not been fixed but in the process. It's been over 3 hours getting this fixed as they need to try everything on their end before sending anything over for fixing. Why is warranty so hard to get through when it's still active?

This laptop is absolutely worth it. It has more than enough ram and processing power to run AAA games on medium settings. Great for the price. The battery however could be a little bit better. It only last for about 2.5 hours while playing a game but will last much longer while doing normal work. Overall great buy. VERRY happy.

Wonderful! Shipped in a box with lots of protection inside. This is a wonderful gaming laptop and is slim and doesnt make a lot of noise, perfect for bringing around on the go :)

I have used the HP Victus 15.6" Ryzen 7 / RTX 4050 model for half a year now, and overall I think it’s a solid gaming laptop for the price. Performance-wise, it’s very good as it can handle most games smoothly, and it runs great for titles that don’t require ultra-high specs. It’s also more than capable for everyday use like browsing, streaming, and general productivity. The only downside is that it gets hot pretty quickly, especially when gaming. When it heats up, the fans get pretty loud. You also can’t really leave it in sleep mode or closed for too long like a MacBook, because it can get warm or sometimes restart. So I usually shut it down completely when I’m done using it. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-to-midrange gaming laptop and can tolerate some heat and fan noise, this is a good choice. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely sufficient for casual to moderate gaming and everyday use.

Seems reliable but battery runs out quicker than expected. Just used for general browsing. Can only imagine how fast it would drain if I gamed on it.

The device functions well processing higher power games and I like the way that it feels! It's pretty sleek and it fits well in my backpack!

I find this pc to be very good for its price range. It's got a great processor, and a powerful, dedicated graphics card, and hasn't had any serious issues thus far. I would recommend this laptop for those on a budget.

I bought this laptop so i could play the sims with mods and this checks every box. the laptop runs well, despite a bit of lagging here and there. also as mentioned in other reviews, the battery does not last long for gaming so you’ll be using the charger a lot. besides that, this was a great purchase and even better that it was on sale!

Great graphics, fast processing speed, and lightweight. Overall, a great choice!

Came in for a simple lap top that could withstand moderate regular use and light gaming but also within our price range. I really like this lap top, it works for what we use it for. Just wish the battery life was a bit better but it's not that big of a deal.

If you are starting and serious about music production and need a machine that won't bottleneck your creativity; is worth every penny. It has significantly improved my mobile workflow and I highly recommend it.

This laptop is great for my gaming. I have had no issues with the graphics or speed. For a basic gaming laptop it is a great buy.

Got this little baby on black friday sale as a gift to myself. It runs great, no issues with fps when gaming, excellent for browsing and streaming as well. Sleek design and the look alone make it a high quality device.

Nothing special but it’s quite decent if someone has a budget and needs it for budget gaming. However, its battery life isn’t too great and from my experience it lasted less than an hour - you could prob tweak it last a little bit over an hour if you need. But due to its battery if you’re trying to bring it around make sure to bring the charger with you. A lot of high end gaming laptops have bad battery life anyways. It is a 4060 laptop gpu so it runs a lot of games decent but multitasking on it isn’t going to be too easy because of the cpu so the laptop may have some difficulties there. If my budget was tight and needed a laptop over a desktop for some reason then this would be alright but there will be better deals in 2026 I’m sure. I recommend to someone to build a desktop pc if they can or just save a little more and look a little harder for something better

This laptop has been amazing so far. It runs fast, plays games smoothly, and the 144Hz screen looks really good. The fans can get a little loud and the battery isn’t amazing, but that’s normal for a gaming laptop.

I’ve had this laptop for a few months now and it’s been great. I mainly use it for gaming. We’ve ran Path of Exile, Sims 4 with DLC & mods, Baulders Gate, Paralives, Helldivers and so much more and it’s running great! For what it cost and how it runs, the graphics, can’t get any better!

Overall great laptop weather it’s for gaming or just work. I was scared at first reading all the reviews in the battery life but just running off normal settings this laptop will last you 3-4 hours. Great for games that are not top notch and perfect for my school assignments especially with my programming. Great budget laptop!

Purchase this laptop for my daughter because she needs one for school and also likes to play video games was looking for something that has a good graphics card and processor. this one fits the bill works great right out of box and performance is really good. Great bang for buck.
