Great quality laptop for the price. I got this as a gift, and I am really surprised by how much I like it. The screen is pretty clear and shows color nicely. It's able to handle pretty large games like League and Sims 4. The trackpad is a little sensitive, but that could just be my settings. The battery life is OKAY.. it lasts about two hours in my experience.

This laptop has been perfect for my son’s needs. He has been able to use it for all of his schoolwork as well as his downtime when he wants to enjoy playing games. He also uses it for music production and so far it has ran every bit of software that he uses flawlessly with no lagging. Would highly recommend This as a great product at this price point.

I got this for work, and it’s been great! It hasn’t been super heavy to carry in a tote bag and it runs the sims great

I bought this laptop for my nephew who loves to play Battlefield 6. He was a bit weary that it could run that game but he said it runs it with no problem! He loves this laptop and has mentioned several times how nice the display is. He did buy a 2gb external HD for extra storage. This was a great purchase for $550.

Does not charge through USB-C port but does work for video. other than that it works great. Changing settings to eco mode while on battery helps with battery life. But should be plugged in when gaming.

This laptop was a huge improvement for my son. He can now play all the steam games and minecraft easily without any lagging or delays at all. We tried a cheaper laptop for a year, but it was horrible. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a budget-friendly low-end gaming laptop. Only weird thing is the black bar below the screen seems larger than necessary, but this is a very minor issue.

This HP Victus is an mazing laptop, has all of the performance that I need for work and gaming. Ryzen 7445 and 4050 varient is truly a diamond in the rough for the low price point. And Best Buy's awesome exclusive options and amazing customer service makes it even better!

I got this during the 2025 black Friday specials, so I think I paid around $600. Truth be told I got this to run a golf simulator, and I could not get it to run on this due to no fault of the laptop. Other than that, my son now uses it to play games and says it is wonderful for that.

Perfect. Laptop runs really good for high demanding games. Averaging about 144 fps through 120 fps on high Settings for most games. But if you put them on medium settings and tweak your laptop a little. You can get 20 through 150. FPS.

I bought this laptop for both gaming and work, and it’s been performing really well. It runs smoothly even when multiple programs are open, and the 144Hz screen makes everything look sharp and fluid. Fantastic computer for my needs. I bought it for World of Warcraft, and it has amazing graphics for WoW. It also came with an AI assistant that I use all the time now. It provides better information about the stocks I am currently investing in, and has not bern wrong yet. Over all I give this a 9 out of 10. The reason I gave it a 9 it is supposed to be a gaming laptop but it give me no choices in the bios to tweak it’s settings. Hp I sure wish you would offer an update to unluck the bios potential.

Got this laptop for my son as he's fond of gaming. Was looking for something with Nvidia gpu and good refresh rate. Was tight on budget as my son wanted to buy it from his savings from gift cards :). This purchase turned out to be perfect that fits in his budget and has a great spec for gaming. He enjoys it.

Bought at $700 right before the deals came in but oh well. Good laptop for light/medium gaming. I mostly play strategy games like the TOTAL WAR series, and Paradox games (Crusader Kings, Hearts of Iron, etc.). For that purpose, it's a decent enough laptop. Have not tested AAA games or any "high-consumption" games. Upgraded the SSD to 1TB on my own. Only one slot for SSD so keep that in mind if you are wanting to upgrade. Had to reinstall Windows onto the new SSD.
