I really wanted to like this laptop, I love the sleek look and how tactile the keyboard is. Unfortunately, I’ve had a fair share of issues with it, where the first laptop I got wouldn’t even turn on - and the second laptop would show that I maybe shouldn’t have bothered with a replacement at all. The screen is absolutely terrible with only 65% sRGB coverage. I did try experimenting with all sorts of different color settings and profiles, but nothing can inherently fix a poor screen. Many colors are washed out, especially saturated purples and blues, to the point where it feels like I’m looking at a paper printed in CMYK rather than a screen in RGB. And it’s not just desaturation, but the colors being incorrect as a whole. Discord has an icon that is normally saturated indigo - on this screen it appears as almost sky blue. I’ve never had a laptop with color inaccuracies this bad - I’d generally recommend you look for a model other than this one.

While this worked OK for a few months, I made the mistake of plugging in an R-45 jack to access a wired network. When I unplugged it, the laptop went into a permanent standby mode, power light continues to flash. Placed on charger and the charger light flashes. Unable to reset, and I will be taking this back to the store for a refund.

I bought this for a Christmas present for my grandson. Three weeks later it’s in for repair. I was Leary about buying an hp. The salesperson assured me they were improved and very good now. Cannot recommend

Perhaps my fault, but I find this laptop to underperforming for what was advertised. I run a basic autocad lt and it struggles. The sound is pedestrian.

Good computer if the screen doesn't just give out on you like out did me and Best Buy wanted to charge me $600 to get it fixed. I paid $800.....

not that great, if you want a gaming laptop i would suggest saving more money for a better version!

I returned this. Something was wrong that made its connection to the Internet super unstable. Saw online many had the same issue.

Nice speck but the low resolution on the display kills it

Worst victus with a 4050 on the market. Don’t recommend it at all. Get the superior version with Ryzen 5.

The screen yellowed in the corner by day 3 of normal use. 1 Hour of battery life for games.

LCD stopped working after five days. Seemed good until it didn't.

Terrible for gaming. If you want to surf the web and email, this will get the job done. If you want to play Diablo 4 on it, forget about it. With everything turned to LOW, the 92 bit memory bus of the video card kills it... couldn't even run it, so sad. If you want the best bang for buck gaming laptop, get the Gigabyte Aero X16, its worth every penny. But beware Gigabyte, hosing customers on service is how they shave the price off their offerings so they can give users a beefier experience.

Nice looking But I had to return it The Video card did not work properly, With that being said the return went very smoothly BestBuy has a great return policy.
