    Had so many issues til I downgraded to windows 10

    Was excited to get it since I got it on offer. At first I had a couple problems where I couldn’t close out windows I had open or applications, had issues with it not reading me headset either and when you would switch out audio outputs you would have to restart the pc for drivers to work. I tried reinstalling audio drivers and all but I’ve always had problems with windows 11. Once I downgraded to windows 11 all of those issues were gone. So far it’s been running smooth and games are good on it.

    I’ve been using this laptop for about a year now and I can honestly say it’s awesome! Great for 1080p gaming, and 4k on certain lower graphic games like the one I play (final fantasy 14 online).
