A: Hello, Tachyon! Thanks for the question on this HP Victus 16.1 Gaming Laptop. This model's RAM is not soldered and can be accessed by the consumer for modification. It can be upgraded up to 32GB (16 x 2) of RAM.
A: As long as the SSD is PCIe Gen 4 (using four lanes of course) then it's compatible. I upgraded mine to 4 TB and bought an SSD enclosure to migrate the entire existing disk space to the new SSD.
