On paper, this was an exceptional laptop. Latest CPU with a dedicated RTX GPU (albeit low-end) all for $650 on Black Friday. However, within 10 days of purchase, I had a software update that turned out to be a BIOS update from HP. Within a day and a half of the update, the laptop crashed on me twice (BSOD) and had about 7 random restarts. The Windows system logs had errors and critical events ranging from 1001, 10001, 7003, and others that I do not remember. I promptly returned the laptop to BB.

The laptop overall is good, however the day after i got it the mouse pad started sticking and its super annoying! It is annoying to the point i just stop using it. Hopefully i just got a bad one one and the are not all like that

Bought both to use as a standard computer, and one to run PCVR games on. Have had no issues with framerate.

laptop price is great! You do need more memory and recommend upgrading more hard drive space at same time
