Just not sure about this change from Note series

I've had Notes 2,3,4 (returned the 5), but thought I'd give this a try. I really miss the ability to just swap batteries,, and I miss SD card. This is pretty much why I returned the Note 5. I've loaded "Pure Nexus" on this phone, and just not at all impressed by battery life. Otherwise, it's a fine phone in terms of build quality, etc.
