This is my first Nexus phone. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. I'm one of the unfortunate people who bought a Note 7 and got a refund. Thus ending my phone account with T-Mobile. I bought the Nexus 6p to join Google's Project Fi. I haven't had one problem with this phone. Of course, it's not a Note 7 and I'm not reviewing it as such. I have to admit a certain amount of sadness at first. With the cheaper phone bill, I'm over that now. I really loved that Note 7. Enough of that...on to the Nexus 6P. I've grown to truly love this phone. The display is nice but I wouldn't say amazing or anything like that. You definitely need a case as it's very slippery and easy to drop. Getting the Android updates so fast is a definite plus. It's stock Android so there's no lag from preinstalled software/apps. Call quality has been fantastic. I don't use the speaker very often. When I do, it's fairly decent. I've always had phones with removable storage so it's taking a bit to get used to being limited. Battery life is really good. I keep it on wi-fi at home and work. I can easily get through a day without having to charge it. I've had this phone for about a month. I don't regret buying it for a moment.

This phone is awesome, especially for the price. No bloat ware, great camera, awesome screen, and battery that lasts. Look no further.

The build quality and materials are excellent. However being made of aluminum does make the phone a little slippery. Phone runs smooth and fast. Apps open quickly and the camera is excellent. Also, the phone is big and does take some getting used to. Being a Google nexus phone does mean great support, latest Android OS, and fast updates.

Great phone! No bloatware. Great battery life. Even with heavy gaming days, it lasts all day (longer than the Galaxy 4, my former phone). The screen is beautiful with vibrant, sharp color. (My husband, a die hard Motorola fan, even commented on it.) I find that the finger print scanner is convenient and easy to use. I did not think I'd use it much, but use it constantly; it nearly removes the need to enter a PIN (if desired) which I have come to love. I wish it had a few more ring tones. I miss the more melodic ring tones from my Galaxy. This is minor in the scheme of things. The camera is high quality, but has fewer features than the Galaxy. Overall, I feel this is a great, little known, phone. Price wise, it is less money than the latest models of other phone brands. Since it is unlocked, one is not tied to any particular phone network, a bonus in my book. Accessories were easy to find online. Beware that it needs the USB C cables. Not a big deal, but an added expense if you haven't already made the switch and require extra cables like me.

I absolutely love this phone. When my former phone (3.5 years old) finally cracked, I needed a new phone. I did some research online, and found great info about this phone (Google Nexus 6P). It's an unlocked phone, and not the cheapest out there, but it is fantastic. I love the camera, the fact there isn't any bloatware, and it just operates flawlessly so far. It is a very large phone, and by itself is very slick so I put mine in a Unicorn Beetle case for protection, and this solved the slick problem perfectly. As for the size... well that can be a plus and a minus. One Plus is that it's too large to try and text while driving... so it stays in my pocket or in a holder for driving directions. Camera seems great, and everything works smoothly. Highly recommend this if you want a top quality and functional Android phone.

The Nexus 6P is an amazing unlocked device (works on all 4 major US carriers flawlessly) with a very clean, fast and fluid user experience. It is solidly built from aluminum, has a great, vibrant 5.7" screen, an excellent camera, great battery life and because all monthly security and operating system updates are pushed to the phone directly from Google (unlocked without having to wait for carriers to approve then push the updates), it is reassuring knowing that I will get important security patches and one of the first phones to receive the latest version of android, as they are guaranteed from Google for at least 3 years of patches and will see the next two major OS updates, with Android N being pushed sometime late Summer/early Fall. Highly recommended!

I've had this phone for a little over a month now, and so far it's been great. The screen is bright and the colors are vibrant, and at almost 6 inches it's great for media consumption and reading. In regards to performance, it's very fast, and multitasks like a charm. If you like rooting and installing custom roms you can't go wrong with a nexus device, and even if not the quick and reliable updates from Google are very nice especially compared to other brands. The battery life is pretty good depending on usage. In a typical day I might average a couple of hours texting, reading, listening to music etc and it finishes the day with at least 30-40% battery left. Days where I'm playing around with it more or watch more video however might need a recharge partway through the day. It charges very quickly however so even if you only have 10-15 minutes to charge it, it gains back a large amount of battery. It does need a usb type c cable to charge, which in the long run is great, but for now, while type c is still relatively rare, make sure to take your charger with you if think you might need it since you won't be able to borrow a charger from many people.

This device great. If I had to pick any cons it would be the dual front facing speakers could be slightly better and could have made the device a little smaller by losing the 1/4" of dead space on the top and bottom of the phone. Screen would stay the same but lose about a 1/2" over all in total height.

It's a great phablet. After getting this phone i dropped my plan of purchasing a tablet, as Nexus6p covered that part of requirement as well with the bigger screen. The camera is amazing for low light photography. The processor is pretty faster for gaming as well. Though the start up takes a little while. Great service and on time delivery by Best Buy as usual:)

This has been a great phone for me and I'm almost on my third year with it. It still holds up next to my friends' newer phones after all this time. I got a minimal case for it and it has survived quite a few drops and accidents. The screen is crisp and sharp and the camera is as good as can be expected from a phone of this age.

I love the Nexus devices. They are far and away better Android devices than anything Samsung is putting out. The Motorola Nexus 6 was a fantastic device. I had high expectations for this one. For the most part it's delivered. However, I have a few specific complaints. 1) Performance is a bit off with some apps. It should be quite zippy with this CPU and RAM, but at times its a little sluggish with say Pokemon Go and a Chrome Browser open at the same time. 2) Battery life is quite underwhelming for a brand new out of the box device with such a large battery. 3) The bluetooth radio in this device is garbage. It constantly disconnects from my Ford Sync 3 radio, Sync 2 radio, Microsoft Band 2, and Plantronics BackBeat Fit headphones. It will connect and disconnect at random. It makes usage in the car quite painful. The bluetooth issue is a major painpoint and something that unfortunately has me giving a lower review score than I normally would. I reached out to Huawai Support and I got a canned email response about calling them...prob so they can have me factory reset it. I tried that already...didn't help. :/

After 1 month of use is the best phone I ever has. Super fast, doesn't lag, the battery charge fast and can last for a day if you use it properly. Good camera and the best thing, you always have the lasted android version

Build quality is great. Fingerprint sensor is super fast and accurate. Love only touching the sensor to turn screen on and unlock at the same time. Unlike carrier phones you actually get most of the memory available in a nexus.

Lots of problems with installed texting app. Worked with Google tech support & even manufacturer. Both said to do factory reset which I was unwilling to do. Finally I found Hangouts which can serve as texting app. Why does the user rather than tech support have to find this? Why can't they make an expensive phone that really works?

This is definitely the best phone in the Nexus line. The phone feels solid and has a very good build quality. The fingerprint scanner is very responsive and works 98% of the time. My only issue with the phone was the noise-cancelling microphone. When I called other people, they reported that my voice was muffled. This problem was easily solved by rooting the phone and flashing a clean version of Marshmallow.

I love this phone. I've had it for a few months and was actually going to get the Pixel Xl, I'm glad I went with this. I immediately got an update a few days after I had it, just got another one last night. The screen resolution is amazing, the camera rivals Apple, it is so fast, the battery lasts sooo long. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, I'm constantly calling and texting doctors and pharmacy and by the end of my shift I still have a significant amount of juice left. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this phone. If anything were to happen to this phone, I'd re purchase. It's a shame they discontinued the Nexus series but hey, at least they ended it on a very high note. Plain and simple, this phone is amazing.

Nothing like pure android marshmallow, so fast. Had Droid Maxx 32gb before only had about 1gb of room, this phone with all the same pictures apps etc... I have 15gb of free space. Camera is awesome, takes flawless pictures and videos. Would recommend camera apps like proshot or manual camera, they work great with the Nexus 6p.Aluminum body is real sharp looking, screen is nice and big also. Fingerprint reader works perfect, and actually is located right where it should be on back of phone.,right where u would have your index finger when u hold the phone .This is the best phone out there right now, with the price of 450 dollar's, which is 300 cheaper than IPhone 6 or Galaxy 7s.Which makes this phone a real bargain!!!!!!
