This phone is fantastic! Awesome camera, display, build quality and battery life. If you are looking for a great phone at a fair price this is it.

I have used iPhone 5 and 5S before, to swtich to OnePlus One, and after full year of a good use of the phone, I decided it was the time for Nexus, vanilla Android OS phone that is directly supported by Google. I am BEYOND HAPPY with this phone. If someone wants that polished stable and do it all phone that does not come with iOS - this is the phone to get. Stable, fast, battery easily 2 days with my use, love the pictures and quality of videos, love colors, amoled, etc... love everything about it!!!

Love this phone - I've tried many others and this one is by far my favorite. The fingerprint scanner is amazing and the speed of the phone is awesome.

I find that the pros and cons spelled out in other online reviews are for the most part accurate, with the following caveat: Other reviews say the build quality of this phone is on par with the best (Apple, Samsung, etc.). I find it to be a notch below. For example, despite the (alleged) Gorilla Glass screen, I found a some hairline scratches on the screen after just being in my pocket a few times. My previous phone, a HTC, lived in my pocket for three years and still has no scratches, and an online search reveals some others have had this experience also. I returned that phone thinking maybe the glass was defective and got another one (and just in case immediately threw a screen protector on). Upon examining the new phone straight out of the box, I noticed a scuff and small scratches on one corner of the phone, like it had been dropped at the factory! If Best Buy stocked these in the store I would just exchange it too, or if there were more phone choices on Google Fi I would just go with a different brand. Otherwise, overall a good phone with good specs at a good price.

I have always wanted a Nexus phone, but there has always been something lacking that gave me reason not to buy one. I recently purchased an S6 and I wasn't happy with it. I've had both versions of the Nexus 7 tablet and I've been happy with them so I finally decided to take the plunge. I'm so satisfied with this phone. I wasn't sure about Huawei either.. I've never owned any product made by them, but this is very well built. It feels premium, it looks premium and it's snappy like you would expect from a premium phone. If you're concerned, because you're not familiar with the brand, put your fears to bed. This is the Android phone with an Iphone level of build quality.

I've had this phone for about five days and I love it! I've wanted this phone for a while so I knew what I was getting into. It's a beautifully designed phone. The screen is beautiful, it has a sturdy feeling and I love the gold color backing. I didn't give this phone a 5 star rating for a few reasons. 1. The fingerprint scanner does not work as flawlessly as I expected it would. I've tried entering, deleting and re-entering my fingerprints and it still doesn't work as well as I thought it would. I even went to lengths to wipe the entire phone and start again and it didn't work as well. Its like it works when it wants to. 2. The LTE was not working on my phone for a while, I had to google how to fix the issue, however I think that might be a Marshmallow update problem, so I hope that gets fixed with the next update. And my final qualm is that I can't change the fonts on the phone, I think this is just on Google's software end, however, it still bothers me. But besides that, the phone is excellent, I highly recommend it. If you have been waiting to get it and researching things, just get it, you're going to fall in love with it.

After two days I am really impressed! Battery life is superb. Easily gives two days of daytime use without recharge. Wi-Fi calling is excellent. I really appreciate the less cluttered interface and the larger screen size. I am really liking plain vanilla Android.

This phone looks cool and works well. Especially its camera is awesome and is definitely equivalent to an iphone's camera. The Android version is the latest one available and the machine is pretty fast and the apps don't freeze. The battery life is also really good, in addition to its Type C quick charging, which charges it up pretty quickly, battery of your phone will be less of a concern. All in all, a very good phone for the price you pay. It is one of the best Android smartphones out there in the market !

The nexus 6p feel like a premium phone, screen is beautiful color are bright and brilliant. Battery last and I'm a heavy user.

My first nexus phone and I love it!. Its much faster than my older phone which was a Note 5. I have no complains.

Best Android phone to date. Beautiful display. No lag whatsoever. I have small hands and can easily use the phone with one hand. Comfortable in hand. Quick fingerprint scanner.

very responsive no lag, when updating all installed apps and doing some browsing, also have the music playing, the tether is on too it does hesitate but not bad, It handles all these with out getting hot just gets warm I was just testing it. The screen is really nice, bright and clear. no bloatware just google apps. I do miss a couple of features that my other phone had that this one don't; 1) the button combination like split screen, quick note screen buttons that LG has. 2) double tap to turn on screen. have not gotten the latest OS Nougat 7.0 it could take weeks to get the update but it will get it. Other than that this phone is great, the screen is very nice to look at, build is solid, premium phone, battery last all day and I use it a lot, charges fast, USB Type-C is great it does make a big difference that I don't have to make sure I plug it in the right way.

This is without a doubt, the best phone ever. I never write reviews, but I do read them, and the reviews that I read about the Nexus 6P were very encouraging. I absolutely love the clean, crisp operating system, and there are many features that are not widely talked about that are very cool. Would absolutely recommend that anyone considering a new phone, check out the Nexus 6P. Price was about $250.00 less than a flagship phone at my AT&T store, so I love that I got a fabulous phone for less money than I would spend going through my carrier.

Great phone. great design. I didn't even want a case due to the wonderful design. I settled with a clear case. The phone is fast, very responsive. Great stock Android. I show this phone off to everyone.

I moved from Note 3 to Nexus 6P just because I am Android Developer and needed real thing with latest Android. Comparing it Note 3, which is almost 3 years old: 1. Note 3 better sound with higher voltage for headphones allows you to use higher impedance headphones, such as Bose, without much sound distortion and higher playback volume; 2. Nexus 6P playback volume via headset is VERY low. Even Viper4Android does not help much. Trying to bump volume by 6dB creates a lot of distortion. Looks like headphone amplifier in Nexus 6P is very low quality, or very underpowered; 3. Note 3 screen is brighter – way brighter. Looks like Nexus 6P has quality of screen from Note 1; 4. Note 3 is less slippery due to plastic back. I put protective case on Nexus 6P immediately, because it is very slippery; What is good with Nexus 6P? I can unlock bootloader and install custom ROM, which I did and installed CM13, which let me customize DPI, soft buttons placement (hate this back button on far left side in original Android), install Viper4Android to improve sound reproduction, long press BACK button kills process, and much more customization, stock Android is missing. For those who prefer stock Android, you will be getting updates from Google practically on monthly basis. Nexus 6P has very fast fingerprint sensor. I thought I never use any fingerprint sensor, but Nexus 6P changed my mind and I used it a lot. Very convenient placement on the back. What else? USB-C? Not a fan of it. Very bulky comparing to microUSB. Not sure why this standard was approved. It is like going back. Nexus 6P quality of USC-C port is weak and looks like it can break at any moment. I am not sure this phone will live as long as my Note 3 lives. I would give it maximum 1 year before it breaks. Display resolution is good, but on this small screen there practically no difference between HD (1080) and this screen. Probably will drain more battery. Battery life. Get me though the day (barely) with music streaming, some tethering, and some screen time. Battery good but not what I would expect. I hopped for longer life. It practically matches if not less than 3 year old Note 3 battery in terms of performance. Bluetooth - issues, when there quite a lot of recently opened apps in the list, when you wake up device while Bluetooth is playing via car audio, there nasty playback skips. Looks like CPU is getting hammered and Bluetooth does not get much of CPU priority. Bluetooth quality is not that great because there is no support for AptX. Camera – average. Video stabilization only works on videos 1080p. There no stabilization at all while taking pictures. Micro-focus distance is too big: the lowest distance it can focus is about 8-10 inches. Note 3 could focus 3 inches from the subject. But I do not use camera much. Maintenance – if battery suddenly dies on Nexus 6P you can throw your phone away. Manufacture will not replace battery after warranty and not many shops will even take that phone for repair, because it scored 2 out of 10 in maintainability. So I would give lifetime for this phone is about a year. Performance – even I overclocked it, it still lags a lot. Where it lags: Google Play store, Chrome browser (horrible Javascript performance), Android Settings, email, Messaging (SMS). In some cases small lags, but noticeable to my strong preferences for a device of 2015/2016. I was eager to return this phone, but kept it just because I am developer. But I would not recommend it to casual user.

Camera quality and sound quality are excellent. 3gb ram is far more than enough to run any sort of application. Overall satisfied with speed and design. Its my 'best' buy from the 'BEST BUY'. ;-)

I have this phone for about 1 week now, and I can't even describe how good it is for my needs: phone, msg, internet browsing, chat, photos etc. It is ultra fast compared to my old Samsung device. I choose the 64GB version, since updates keep coming quite often and I don;t want to bother thinking if I have sufficient disk space. It is a bit of a big phone for most users, but comparing it to an iPhone 6Plus for example, it is only very not noticible difference in height. The speed it reacts and does its actions, I doubt it will slow up any time soon, in the next 2-3 years
